Internship Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Network Management: Help monitor and maintain the organization's network and infrastructure.

- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures.

Internship Requirements
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT protocols.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT-related program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in IT is a plus.
