Internship Description
- Exposure to developing databases for the subject projects to target specific retailers for specific locations
- Exposure to how to consult with prospective targeted tenants to match their interests with the targets of the company
- Exposure to identifying the retailers’ requirements and budgets to maximize the rental income of the company
