Job Description:
- Responsible for technical and network issues
- Responsible for print servers (Xerox work center printers)
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, routers, network infrastructure
- Keep up and maintain network (Internet – Printers – Punching machine – Central – DVR – etc.).
- Support user's email access and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Internship Start date: 1/1½2021
Duration: 3 months
Internship Requirements
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019
- Good knowledge of surveillance camera systems (IP, CCTV)
- Good knowledge of network basics (IP - router - switch - access point)
- Good knowledge of the types of printers (laser printer - photocopier).
- Install computer application and operating system
- Microsoft Certified in MCSA
