Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Create a DME database including; sourcing for new hires and documenting the status of candidates
  • Support in the recruitment process including; job posting, screening CVs, and conducting interviews for certain job levels.
  • Facilitating the interviewing process.
  • Provide the accepted candidates with the required hiring documents to prepare and be ready in their first working day.

The intern will learn:

  • Recruitment Cycle & selection process
  • Create job ads
  • CVs screening technique & skills
  • Competence-based job interviews
  • New hires Onboarding process
  • Talent Acquisition concepts

Duration: 1 to 3 Months Internship

Internship Requirements

  • Fresh graduates of business or any relevant degree
  • Basic knowledge of HR & recruitment
  • HR certificate/ Course will be plus
  • Experience in Extracurricular activities will be an advantage
  • Hard worker, Independent, Learner, passionate about HR
  • Available for 1 to 3 months internship
  • Very Good Excel
  • Very Good English
