Job Description:
- Create a DME database including; sourcing for new hires and documenting the status of candidates
- Support in the recruitment process including; job posting, screening CVs, and conducting interviews for certain job levels.
- Facilitating the interviewing process.
- Provide the accepted candidates with the required hiring documents to prepare and be ready in their first working day.
The intern will learn:
- Recruitment Cycle & selection process
- Create job ads
- CVs screening technique & skills
- Competence-based job interviews
- New hires Onboarding process
- Talent Acquisition concepts
Duration: 1 to 3 Months Internship
Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduates of business or any relevant degree
- Basic knowledge of HR & recruitment
- HR certificate/ Course will be plus
- Experience in Extracurricular activities will be an advantage
- Hard worker, Independent, Learner, passionate about HR
- Available for 1 to 3 months internship
- Very Good Excel
- Very Good English
