L&D Intern - will be responsible for delivering Andalusia’s training programs and workshops to employees and managers by performing training needs assessments.
Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results, collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
The intern will learn:
Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and line managers.
Assist in development a training curriculum by completing thorough research, analyzing educational vendors, that honors the organization’s ethics and conduct.
Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field and monitor the quality of training courses results and implements improvements
Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
Assist in creating budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to executive management
Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the assigned training budget
Prepare training locations to ensure having all tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively teach a course
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Evaluate teaching methods to select the options that will aid in the delivery of concepts without unnecessary distraction, downtime or confusion and also periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Translating requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses
Oversees the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor Degree is any relevant field is a must.
