Lawyer Trainee

Support the Legal Department in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct research on local and international laws and regulations relevant to corporate operations.

Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance, labor laws, and other legal frameworks.

Participate in internal audits and investigations related to legal or compliance matters.

Monitor and report changes in legislation that may impact the business.

Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including maintaining legal records and documentation.
