- Enter the invoices details and claim data on CRM daily
- Sending the sheet of claims to the data processing team via email to upload the claims.
- Sending the letters for the Returned & Rejected claims.
- Handling cases on CRM and emails related to claim payment.
- Handling the cancelled payment.
