Job Description:
- Communicate directly with our clients to find out what issues they are facing.
- Gather information about customer complaints.
- Gather information about how we may improve our product or service.
- Build positive relationships with the customer to assure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document the client's feedback in an organized manner to use it for further analysis.
- Provide internal feedback reports to management.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Internship Requirements
- Fresh grads and students are welcome to apply.
- You should be customer orientated.
- Call Center experience will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be familiar with google sheets.
- Excellent or very good level of English language.
- Very organized.
- Excellent handling skills.
- Committed to the deadlines.

Notes:
- Duration: 1 month/ may be extended based on business needs.
- Should be dedicated 8 hours per day.
- It is a full-time intern (5 days a week; from Sunday - Thursday).
