Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Communicate directly with our clients to find out what issues they are facing. 
  • Gather information about customer complaints.
  • Gather information about how we may improve our product or service.
  • Build positive relationships with the customer to assure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document the client's feedback in an organized manner to use it for further analysis.
  • Provide internal feedback reports to management.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

 

 

Internship Requirements

  • Fresh grads and students are welcome to apply. 
  • You should be customer orientated.
  • Call Center experience will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be familiar with google sheets.
  • Excellent or very good level of English language.
  • Very organized.
  • Excellent handling skills.
  • Committed to the deadlines.
  • Problem Solving

Notes:

  • Duration: 1 month/ may be extended based on business needs.
  • Should be dedicated 8 hours per day.
  • It is a full-time intern (5 days a week; from Sunday - Thursday).
