Internship Description
- Conduct research using various tools to meet the needs of the school.
- Post internship and job advertisements on multiple sites and ensure that they are renewed and updated according to the hiring needs.
- Set up and coordinate the recruitment day and ensure the smooth running of the day.
- Ensure the appointment of candidates.
- Register meetings summary.
- Classification of files according to different criteria.
- Enter data for annual physical interviews on Excel.
- Writing and preparing various supports (ppt, calendar, ...
- Make a synthetic monthly report of the human resources activity (hiring, exit interview and graphic analysis, ...)
- Assist the administrative director in her daily tasks (sending emails, managing the schedule, updating files, ...)
