Digital Marketing Specialist - Intern

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns
• Handle all campaign activities such as concept design, scheduling, implementation, performance tracking and updates.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social media to reach target audience
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media presence.
• Participate in social media strategy creation process and engage in generating its creative ideas
• Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
• Submit social media posts.
• Respond to complaints, questions, and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner
• Monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and report the update to the management
• Periodic research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy
• Creating and sending email campaigns
• Request software tools from in-house development team to boost marketing activities.

The intern will learn:

• Practice social media management
