Internship Description

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and meeting with clients.

The intern will learn:

  • Customer Service
  • Coordination of operation time table inside the Atelier.
  • Follow-up designs.
  • Follow the operating commands.
  • Follow-up employees files
  • Follow-up and files suppliers
  • Follow-up of implementation schedules
  • Action Plan
  • Manage clients accounts (from the first prova to the delivery and the registration of the documents).
  • Attend clients meetings

Duration: 8 weeks
