Internship Description
- Meeting/liaising with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose; estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
- Ability to create new concepts.
- Be charge of the printing material choice and applications.
- Add value to the brand through design quality.
- Monitor new design trends to ensure having a leader position in creation.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ designs.
- Creating website designs
- Producing sample sites
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html5, CSS3 & Javascript.
- producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts.
Internship Requirements
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design elements such as: color, balance and typography
- Use computer software to generate new images.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork like: Logos, Banners and Business cards using computer.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, After Effect, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, MAYA, cinema 4D, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
- Developing interactive design;
- Animator / Motion Graphics
- Should be familiar with 3D Design/Modeling, rendering and texturing for characters and objects.
- Excellent knowledge/ hands-on 3D software applications.
- Commissioning illustrators and photographers;
- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
- Basic knowledge of photographing.
- Passion for Advertising.
