Job Description:
The trainee needs to participate in the activities related to customer and employee support. Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment, induction, and provition accurate employment advice. And mainly support the Startup to create their organizational culture. Develop analysis and diagnosis of the labor market, in addition to building a structure of professions and areas of knowledge in the country of origin.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Describe how your country's labor market works;
- Analyze what is the dynamics to get a job and where people usually look for jobs;
- Analyze how are the curriculum models;
- Analyze how is the educational system, technical levels, graduation levels;
- Analyze how professional careers are structured;
- Construction of a dictionary of positions, professions and related areas of knowledge.
- Talent management, employee relations, HR administration;
- System driven human resource management and tracking;
Accommodation
A place to stay will be provided and paid for.
Transportation
A means of transportation will be provided and paid for.
Food
2 meals per day will be provided and paid for.
Computer
A computer will be provided.
