Job Description:
 As a business developer wizard, you will be responsible for drafting business plans, cases and strategies. The wizard knows what it takes to get leads, initiate deals, follow on with them and close the deal with different techniques. Marketing is one of the aspects needed since it will be used along with the sale cycle. This wizard will use creativity to come up with different unconventional solutions. Mostly, you will not find similar solutions so you will be independent even from google search and dependent on creativity. Even though, market study is very important otherwise deals will have a gap.

The intern will learn:

  • Be a business developer director which is equivalent to a 15+ years of experience in corporate life
  • Experience and learn about new challenges and gaps in the medical and pharma industry you have never heard about before
  • Experience and learn about different innovative and new solutions in the market to target those challenges and gaps
  • How different techniques affect sales closing
  • Creativity and coming up with different plans and strategies
  • Chances in life comes once in life time!

Internship Requirements

  • BSc degree preferably in pharma/medicine but will accept other degrees if proven fit
  • Currently Studying or studied MBA
  • Proven marketing experience
  • Very creative and comes up with unexpected solutions to every problem
  • Business development plan and comes up with business cases
  • Put strategies for different products that are unique in the market
  • How business transaction initiate, develop and close
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Strategies for closing deals
  • Strategies for putting customers on pressure
  • Be able to follow the deals until closing it with customers
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Schedule qualified demos/appointments
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Negotiating sales contracts
  • Proactive. Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, coaching, and mentorship
  • You are punctual and always answer emails and calls
  • 2% of a 6 figure sale deal
