Internship Description
Job Purpose
- Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System.
- Handling any ticketing issues that faces the customers regarding the re-booking and the refund in order to guarantee the best customer experience and satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Receiving calls and assist clients to confirm/ change/ cancel bookings
- Assisting with customers inquiries and concerns, like notifying about luggage limits/ visas/ passport requirements
- Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions.
- Discussing the clients requirements and advising on suitable options
- Managing customer’s profile and using multiple search techniques and tools.
- Following company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer alternative solutions and fulfill the customer’s needs and expectations.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining departments goal.
- Preparing and locating records and information to customers
Internship Requirements
Skills:
- Ability to work cooperatively with all employees.

- Operational knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
