Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Answering incoming calls and recording the data
  • Devising and maintaining accounting systems.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments
  • Sorting and distributing incoming contact info. and organizing and sending to sales team.

The intern will learn:

  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • How to work under pressure, deal with clients.

Internship Requirements

  • Education: Students OR Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Using Microsoft Office and its applications.
