Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle requests and queries from colleagues
  • Receive and maintain documents from clients
  • Translate some documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.

The intern will learn:

  • MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • How to work under pressure, deal with clients.
  • Gain some marketing and sales experience.

An opportunity to work will depend on intern performance and company needs.

Internship Requirements

  • Female.
  • Graduate from faculty of Commerce, Law or any similar
