Job Description:
- Develop customer-centric initiatives across online channels to drive incremental revenue and enhanced brand experience across all touch-points (e.g. mobile, email, desktop, social, video, display)
- Implement cross-channel web and mobile marketing techniques
- Support the creative development of the marketing strategy including developing positioning & message design, segmentation focus, creative themes and consumer experience
- Ability to evaluate creative concepts that drive customer action
- Analyze channel results and feed data into future plans
- Manage campaign strategy and execution while achieving key performance metric goals
- Lead and coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders facilitating the smooth delivery of multi-channel tactics
- Research consumer needs and interests
- Communicate regularly with leadership, internal stakeholders and colleagues to understand objectives and opportunities
