Job Description: In all of these projects specific links or emails will be provided in order to follow-up on the task at hand.
- Following up on community members to complete their profile for more efficient networking and clustering the community into types
- Researching tools and categorizing
- Analysis of unique value proposition
- Feedback analysis – analyzing data from testimonials and understanding our main area of impact
- Newsletter growth. Implementing strategies to grow newsletter community (explain of newsletter here)
- Managing El Rehla FB profile account and managing the account like engagement with alumni, sharing opportunities, sharing the newsletter, etc – exact campaigns will be given
- Research to continue to build the databases of contacts in: student activities + Schools + marketing and HR in companies, entrepreneurs, ecosystem, partners etc
- Categorize testimonials for marketing material from previous customers
- Sending out emails of those who marked attending at our events but didn’t end up going - asking about reasons
The intern will learn: We will have a development program with interns joining us where every week for 4 weeks we will teach you one of the following in case you are interested:
- How to fill in a personal mapping sheet and think about what you want to do for your career further.
- How to build a healthy work environment using elre7la methodology
- How to research for competing ideas of yours as a startup idea and to compare yourself to them to find out your main edge as an idea
- Journey of starting up: sharing with our interns key learning from our own journey of trying to build a brand through elre7la
- How to build your idea using different questions to consider when starting up (introduction to different canvas)

Internship Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1 month minimum (extendable if needed)

- Enjoy online research and phone calls to gather data from customers expecting a call
- High attention to details
- Attend at least 2 team meetings per month
- Working from home is possible
- Daily update on progress of work if working from home
