Job Description:
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Provides reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to direct manager.
- Ensure adherence with client interaction.
- Acquire referrals of potential customers from existing customer.
The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements
- Experience preferably in the IT/Software sector
- Sales experience in ERP / Retail Pro / Oracle / or any Software
- University Graduated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
- Good use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
