Job Description:

Source and develop a huge pool of qualified candidates through different sources that will be available when a job opening needs to be filled.

Filter and screen CVs according to job descriptions and specifications to create a shortlist of qualified candidates to be interviewed.

Conduct face to face interviews to select potential candidates and give them orientation sessions to qualify them for final interviews.

Offer job offers to the candidates who pass the final interview and invite them for training.

Prepare database and CV bank for all screened CVs and perform filing system to them.

Develop daily and weekly reports related to performance.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Internship Requirements
- Last year in his/her college
- Presentable
- Excellent command of English/German
- Very good in using MS office and internet.
- Excellent communication skills.
