Job Description:

  • The Candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and following the events hold in the company.
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
  • An event organizer is also responsible for reporting on the success of the event to the employer, which may include budget reports, survey collection and satisfaction response.
  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material.

Internship Requirements

  • Preferred to have previous experience or training in planning events (Trips, team buildings, company outings, internal events and celebrations)
  • Bachelor of related background education.
  • Excellent/ very good English Language
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team.
