Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Photocopy, data entry, arrange and filing certificates.
  • Help customer service team in resolving customer complaints.
  • Provides best possible & prompt service to customers to achieve highest level of Customer satisfaction.
  • Communicates with other Customer service members to answer relevant inquiries.
  • Help in escalate problems to the management team.
