Job Description:
- Photocopy, data entry, arrange and filing certificates.
- Help customer service team in resolving customer complaints.
- Provides best possible & prompt service to customers to achieve highest level of Customer satisfaction.
- Communicates with other Customer service members to answer relevant inquiries.
- Help in escalate problems to the management team.
