Job Description:
- Assist in designing a benefits package based on business goals and strategy
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Assess employees’ needs by conducting organizational surveys
- Assist in addressing employees’ benefits related questions in a timely manner.
- Seek out and communicate with representatives from benefit vendors to identify new opportunities
- Assist in drafting communication and educational materials regarding benefit plans and programs for the employees
- Assist with employees’ insurance plans
The intern will learn:
HR fundamentals per all HR functions along with in depth knowledge regarding the Compensation and Benefits function. Also, he/she can pursue a career path after internship's completion, highlighting that he/she might be offered a full-time job based on his/her performance after the internship period.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
