Internship Description
- Build a pool of qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Select applicants meeting according to job requirements.
- Contact job applicants to to arrange interviews.
- Allow the selected interviewees to fill out the job application forms.
- Allow the candidates to carry out personality IT tests, and English test according to the job specified.
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Participate in IFT employee satisfaction survey and analysis.
- Responsible for all data entry for HR department.
Internship Requirements
- Student or graduated from business administration or any other equivalent study .
- Very good computer skills MS office/ excel/ outlook
- Organized.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasker.
