Internship Description

  • Build a pool of qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Select applicants meeting according to job requirements.
  • Contact job applicants to to arrange interviews.
  • Allow the selected interviewees to fill out the job application forms.
  • Allow the candidates to carry out personality  IT tests, and English test according to the job specified.
  • Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
  • Participate in IFT employee satisfaction survey and analysis.
  • Responsible for all data entry for HR department.

Internship Requirements

  • Student or graduated from business administration or any other equivalent study .
  • Very good computer skills MS office/ excel/ outlook
  • Organized.
  • Have excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasker.
