Job Description:
- Our company is looking to hire a motivated and creative web developer capable of designing and implementing clever and highly optimized backends for websites.
- Furthermore, the websites must be highly optimized and maintained for utilizing various SEO techniques.
- The developer must own the entire front end and back end development from beginning to end and must make user experience priority.
- While your main work will be in the front end, you must have a strong understanding of back end development and be comfortable with the entire scope of the development process.
- You must also be able to operate in a fast paced environment and adhere to all deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining our customer facing, partner facing, and internal websites/applications utilizing Angular JS and Backbone
- Based on high level business requirements, create dynamic websites from design concept to implementation
- Complete CSS styling and layout pages of pages produced while maintaining platform and browser compatibility
- Develop responsive sites for rich client interactions on the desktop and mobile phones
- Work with management and development team to gather requirements and input for the maintenance and enhancement of existing websites and development of added/enhanced features
- Thoroughly implement QA in development process to ensure compatibility and quality of sites
- Develop and maintain SEO for websites so that they reach the top results in search engines
- Be proactive in a small, fast paced team to work towards problem solutions
The intern will learn (self-taught):
- Front end web development utilizing Angular and Backbone
- Search Engine Optimization

Internship Requirements
Experience/Skills:
- Currently attending an accredited univesity
- Knowledge of web and SEO development in a fast paced environment
- Strong skills in web app design including working knowledge of Angular JS, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, SASS, jQuery, Automated Testing, bug tracking, and source control tools
- Experience with responsive application development
- User interface design / graphics design skills
- Back end development skills
- Knowledge of source repositories such as GIT
- Knowledge of seamless and efficient e-Commerce design
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in the English language
