Internship Description of CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
- Serve customers by providing information about the service; and also solving the problems facing the users.
Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by answering service-specific questions.
- Open customer accounts by registering account information.
- Update account information for service users.
- Solve problems by clarifying customer complaint; determine the cause of the problem, explain the best solution to solve the problem.
Internship Requirements
Qualifications:
- Undergrad registered at an accredited Egyptian University
- Relevant experiences to this field.
- Be punctual and meets delivery deadlines
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and work towards objectives without close supervision.
