Internship Description of CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

  • Serve customers by providing information about the service; and also solving the problems facing the users.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers by answering service-specific questions.
  • Open customer accounts by registering account information.
  • Update account information for service users.
  • Solve problems by clarifying customer complaint; determine the cause of the problem, explain the best solution to solve the problem.

Internship Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Undergrad registered at an accredited Egyptian University
  • Relevant experiences to this field.
  • Be punctual and meets delivery deadlines
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and work towards objectives without close supervision.
  • Desire for personal success and that of your team/company.
