Internship - Recruitment and Human Resources

General Description:

  • NewLife for Human Resources and Recruitment is looking for an intern to join our Corporate Human resources team.
  • This internship will have exposure to all facets of Human Resources and Marketing in areas such as benefits, compensation, talent development, recruiting, and employee relations.
  • The HR and marketing Intern will have the opportunity to shadow and be mentored by HR professionals and complete specific projects to benefit the company in the Human Resources department.
  • The intern hired for this position should expect to learn many facets of HR and will leave this position with invaluable skills.
  • Successful completion of this internship will be a great addition to your resume and also it will be a great chance for you to join ” NewLife ” staff .This is a free of charge internship for 2017 .

Responsibilities :

  • Screening
  • Complete data entry and auditing tasks
  • Participate in the recruitment and on-boarding of new team members
  • Data analysis
  • Report creation
  • Process documentation

Job Detail

  • HR_Internship for 3 Month (4 days per week)
  • High Educational Graduates.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years Old.
  • Gender: Males / female
  • Preferably living in Cairo.

Internship Requirements

Requirements:

  • The HR Intern must have an interest in being in HR as a future career path.
  • The intern must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able and willing to give effective presentations.
  • The ideal candidate will also have analytical skills and be able to translate data into meaning/understanding.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Work, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint are required .
  • Telephone call skills
  • Interview skills
