Discover: an orientation stage includes business overview, health & safety orientation, company objectives and direction, cross functions overview and their role within the organization, manufacturing, and plant management

Get ready: a cement industry overview and building basics for technical fundamentals providing general/broad introduction in all fields of cement manufacturing, reflecting deep understanding of all plant areas and equipment regarding to production process, maintenance, quality control and environment precautions need to know about the cement manufacturing process

Specialization phase:  In this phase you will go in depth in the technicalities of different Health & Safety topics and modules ( Work Permit Systems, Hazards, inspections, Incident Investigation … )

Providing broad knowledge in all Health & Safety functions, company safety strategy/ objectives, internal safety policies, procedures, required legal plant documentation /requirements. Hands on assignments case studies along with final case study for each module to be presented. 

You will master your career in Health & Safety through :

• The Role of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Health and Safety
• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• Personal Protective Equipment and Ergonomics
• Root Cause Analysis Method (RCAM)
• ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Standard
• Safety Leadership for Supervisors and Safety Officers
