Job Description:
- Coordinates between all departments & contractors and follows up on the progress of units till delivery to avoid any delay and improve clients' satisfaction.
- Carries out technical supervision of ongoing finishing work at all stages to maintain high quality standards and ensure that all projects are delivered on time
- Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
- Participates in issuing weekly & monthly reports.
- Assists in providing architectural solutions.
Internship Start date: Beginning of August
Duration: 1 to 2 Months
Internship Requirements
- 2nd to 4th grade student in Architectural Engineering major is a must.
- Acceptable overall grade or GPA.
- Interior, Exterior & Landscape design studies.
- AutoCAD, 3D Rendering, and 3D Max.
- Excellent English.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Ability to work in SOMABAY with maximum 1 week vacation per month.
