Job Description:
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Assist with the HR Recruiter in screening & Categories resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Schedule calls and interviews.
- Arrange interviews for the candidates.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Maintain Data in our Application Tracking System
- Suggest and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment process
The intern will learn:
