Job Description:
- Handles all recruitment activities such as (screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct testing, checking references )
- Short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions.
- Maintains career e-mail, job boards, walk in C.Vs
- Maintains the recruitment web site and issue related reports as required
- Prepares job posts.
- Attends job fairs
- Handles the social media recruitment chancel like face book & linked in
- Maintaining 3 months’ probation period assessment and renewal of annual contract process.
- Assists in updates and maintains a detailed organization structure
- Assists in modifying & updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintains the vacancies and applicant status record to ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration - HR major.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office ( Word, excel, PowerPoint).
