Job Description:
- Support instructors and students with educational applications like google classroom, zoom, Webex…etc.
- Creating a username and password for applicants on different platforms, taking calls of instructors and students to help with their inquiries about using the online applications and platforms.
- Uploading sheets and giving short training for educators, if needed, on how to use online platforms.
The intern will learn:
- Broad experience with different customers, manage accounts on online platforms, support, and training of instructors of different educational systems.
- Taking calls professionally and online troubleshooting.

Internship Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Good Communication Skills.
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work with demanding users in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
