Internship Description
Job purpose:
- The main purpose of this position is responsible for checking-in and checking-out procedures, making sure that the receptionist is following Travelholic Hospitality protocol giving our guests the best experience,
- Dealing with Property guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Travelholic procedures and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards. At all times, he/she must display a professional and positive image of the Company as they play a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest receives of the company.
- Coordinate and manage all the daily operations tasks and participate in the company's vision for the development of SOPs
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate proactively and cheerfully with Guests and handle relations
- Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Travelholic and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
- Develop cleaning checklist and track housekeeping work
- Coordinate repairs with service providers
- Use our property management system and other software tools to effectively manage assigned properties
- Produce reports in document and spreadsheet format summarizing revenues, occupancy rates, and other metrics
- Assist with Inventory Management (Consumables/Linens)
Internship Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the Hospitality or real estate market preferred, or in a relevant field such as Customer service or property management
- Facility with Google office applications (Docs, Sheets) and demonstrated skills in online software products; capability with mobile phone apps
- Organized with an eye for detail
