Job Description:
Managing human resources requires a wide range of skills such as recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, administration, motivation, and retention. Each of these requires you to have some hand-on experiences to be able to be effective at it.
The intern will learn:
- You will learn how to onboard new employees.
- You will learn the recruitment process from job writing and posting to candidates screening.
- You will learn how to evaluate employees KPIs and identify training needs.
- You will be provided with online training courses.
