Internship Description
The main duties are
- Provide technical support for customers' IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and fix all related windows problems including; OS, printers, internet, servers, email..extra.
- Conduct site survey and gather customers requirements
- Help in implementing CCTV, Fire alarm, and sound systems.
- Complete technical reports and documentations.
Internship Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject ( fresh graduated )
- Fresh graduate
- Basic knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows servers environments
- Diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic experience with common software and hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies
- Good communication skills
