Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Advisor (Entry-Level: Fresh Graduates – 6 months experience) 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing premium properties by offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs and preferences. 

• Learn and master the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, with the support of the team and mentors. 

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships. 

• Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert them into sales opportunities. 

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and company inventory to provide clients with accurate information and advice. 

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and customer service. 

• Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team goals and learn best practices.

Internship Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required). 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. 

• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment. 

• Customer-focused mindset, with a desire to provide excellent service. 

• Team player who is eager to collaborate and grow within the team. 

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
