Job Description:

• DP World is looking for high-energy talent to join its Pavilion and create meaningful and fun experiences for visitors. Operations Officers will assist with day-to-day operations, including logistics, planning, reporting etc. They will ensure that the Pavilion operates in a seamless way.

Main activities:

• Liaising and coordinating with different logistics contractors and partners, ensuring all services run smoothly;

• Collecting and reporting information to be shared with Expo’s own Operations team;

• Working closely with the Pavilion Management team to optimize the visitors' flow and safety;

• Helping schedule the shifts of Pavilion staff; and

• Stepping in for any ad hoc tasks.

1) Oct. 12th – Dec. 16th

2) Dec. 11th – Feb. 16th

3) Feb. 12th – Apr. 13th

Duration: 9 weeks.

Accommodation: Covered.

Food: 3 meals per day.
