Job Description:
To support the service team members by preparing and maintaining the outlet/station at all times and to assist in service to provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high individual morale

The intern will learn:

• Welcoming guests coming to the restaurants.
• Perform all necessary task to serve food and beverage according to operating manuals of the hotel.
• Ensure excellent arrival experience to the guests.
• Ensure menus are in place.
• Ensure guests are served to expectations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards.
• Responsible for all service preparation before, during and after the service.
