Internship Description
Role description
The selected candidate will be taking the inbound calls in regards to customer support as well as making outbound calls for the same. Apart from support calls, he/she would be assisting clients/customers via chat portal. Support would be in both English and Arabic language. The working hours will be flexible. Along with the salary, the candidate will also be getting heavy incentives monthly depending on their performance. Minimum incentive - 5000INR.
Main activities

Handling support calls from Arabic speaking nations

Live chats with Arabic or English customers/clients.

Translation of content from English to Arabic.

Preparing and sending mails to customers and clients.
