About the program
The Egyptian German Technical Academy (EGT Academy) at Ain Sokhna is offering a One-year fully funded Trainer Incubator Program (TIP) for 10 young talents. Candidates should have hands-on experience in the focus of industrial domains and willing to become future “Occupational Trainers” in the Egyptian market. Graduate Trainers will be officially certified to conduct training in frame of the Strategic Alliance for Occupational Training between GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) – and Siemens.

- EXPENSES: All Expenses covered by BMZ-GIZ and Siemens, including travel and accommodation
- LOCATION: The Program is delivered in EGT Academy – Ain Sokhna and potential sites
- DURATION: 1 year, consisting of a combination of theory, application, and hands-on training
- PROGRAM START: June 1st, 2020
- CONTENT: Industrial Mechanics, Electrics, Automation, and Mechatronics
- CERTIFICATION: EGT Academy (Certified Trainer) provided upon successful completion
- EMPLOYMENT: Possible employment in EGT Academy upon graduation

Internship Requirements
- To be an Egyptian citizen
- Age 27 - 35 years
- At least 3 years of hands-on technical experience in the field of Industrial Mechanics, Electrics, Automation, and Mechatronics
- Experience or Talent to work as a trainer
- Excellent command of English language, German is a plus
- Willingness to work in Ain Sokhna for at least 1 year
