Job Description:

  • Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
  • Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs

The intern will learn:

  • How to Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  • How to Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • How to Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

Duration: 3 Months

Internship Requirements

Internship Requirements:

  • Males Only.
  • Experience 6-12 months.
  • should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads.
  • This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
  • The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience.
