Job Description:

Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs

The intern will learn:

How to Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
How to Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
How to Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

Duration: 3 Months

Internship Requirements:

Males Only.
Experience 6-12 months.
should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads.
This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience.
