Job Description:

• Development of new crystals forms of selected drug In the proposed study, either nanocrystals or co-crystals of selected water insoluble drug will be prepared. The formulations will be evaluated for various solid state characterization, solubility and dissolution studies. The optimized crystals will be developed in to suitable dosage form. For the execution of the project QbD principles will be used by implementing design of experiments.

Main activities:

• Development of new crystal form with improved solubility and processing characteristics
• Either nanocrystals or co-crystals of selected water insoluble drug will be prepared.
• Formulations will be evaluated for solid state characterization, solubility and dissolution studies.
• The optimized crystals.
