Job Description:
- The intern will work closely with the team to conduct research, capture data, develop insights, & present a way forward. The candidate will also engage in marketing activities & planning, optimizing plans for social media, & creating communities for partners (drivers). It will provide hands-on learning in 3 main functions: community engagement (through social media, events etc.), marketing activities (both towards customers & partner-drivers), & driver operations.
The intern will learn:

Research and develop consumer and partner-driver insights

Develop community engagement plans and execute them

Work out consumer retention and user experience bottlenecks to enhance customer journey

Develop customer and partner marketing ideas and execution plans

Assist in partner and customer operations (driver training, on-boarding, on-ground experience)
