Job Description:
- The Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
The intern will learn:
- Act as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel
- Own the client relationship and be responsible for end-to-end management of the client's social pres
- Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account
- Managing budgets and campaign costs.
