Job Description:
- Act as a first line support for IT
- Create and monitor (Follow up and engage) tickets on service desk portal
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Microsoft office 2013 and 2016
- Hardware troubleshooting computers, printers and IP Phone
- Reporting to service desk supervisor
The intern will learn:
- MCSA
