Job Description:
- Receiving company guests and visitors.
- Receiving and dialing phone calls on behalf of company employees.
- Receive company guests and visitors and make sure they get the proper attention from the moment they arrive to the company to the moment they meet the concerned person.
- Receive and Dial-up phone calls for company employees and rely the message to concerned persons
- Receive daily shipments form Aramex and DHL and fill in the daily receipt form and relay the parcel to concerned.
- Fill in the daily shipment report in order to compare it with Aramex monthly invoices at the end of each month.
- Review monthly Aramex and DHL invoice and assign every shipment to its related cost center and send them to accounting department for payment.
- Fill in Aramex vouchers for invoices to be sent to customer by Aramex on daily bases and fill in the Aramex report accordingly.
- Follow up with Aramex / DHL in case of undeliverable shipments.
- Print and Review monthly phone invoices from the internet and deliver them to the Personnel officer for payment.
- File employee vacation form in its related file.
- File and organize company cars files.
- Data entry for daily employees file and compare with data received from the admin security.
- Data entry for smokers list on daily bases.
- Combine each sales invoice with its related shipping voucher and segregate the invoices by Sales Area then send them to a concerned salesperson.
Internship Requirements
- Fresh gradute - University degree or equivalent.
- English Language is a must.
- Computer literacy.
